Education today is, more than ever, a necessary condition for social inclusion and sustainable development. For those committed to participating directly in the progress of education policies around the world, GLOBED can be your launching point.
Alongside other outstanding international students, you will study at the UAB during your first semester, and at the University of Glasgow or the University of Bremen during your second semester. You will also participate in the Winter School organised by the University of Cyprus.
In this two-year programme, you will acquire professional experience thanks to a work placement period with one of our associated organisations, which include international organisations, NGOs, and research centres.
Not only is there a need for new knowledge, a new awareness is needed in the field of education and development. GLOBED provides the base for professionals to work in this field with the technical experience necessary, as well as with the ability to be reflective and creative.
With Erasmus+ funding from the European Commission for the 2018-2024 period, the master's degree follows the European directives and procedures to guarantee the fulfilment of quality standards.
Career options
GLOBED lecturers will develop teaching strategies with a strong focus on the competencies required to work professionally. Fieldwork and internship guidelines will be produced to maximise the students’ learning experience and help them to build networks for future career options.Testimonials
